NOTICE TO
CREDITORS.
THE
Creditors of the deceased Alexander Adam in Cairnton of Fintray, are requested
to lodge their Claims and oaths of verity thereon, with Charles Donaldson,
Advocate in Aberdeen, within three weeks from this date. – at the and of that
period the fund realized will be divided; and to those failing to lodge their
claim, vouched as aforesaid, no dividend will be set apart.
