Banff Farm Leases

To be Let, and entered to Immediately,

THE Farm of INCHDREWER, presently possessed by Arthur Scott, and LOCHAGAN, as possessed by Alex. Millar, both lying in the parish and county of Banff, and within three miles of the sea-port of Banff, to which there is easy access by excellent Turnpike Roads.  The farm of Inchdrewer is beautifully situated, commanding a delightful view of Duff House and Policies, the Bay and Bridge of Banff, and adjacent country.  The farm consists of upwards of 230 acres, already inclosed and subdivided, and there are on the premises a substantial Steading of FARM OFFICES, and a neat MANSION HOUSE, bit for the accommodation of a Genteel Family.  The farm may be let in two or three divisions, should offerers incline.

The farm of Lochagan consists of from 60 to 70 acres, also already inclosed and subdivided, and a snug Farm Steading.

Offers in writing will be received by Sir George Abercromby, Bart. at Forglen House by Turriff, or Archibald Young, Writer in Banff, and the boundaries will be pointed out by John Chalmers at Cairnhill, near the premises.
