On Friday, the 21st of January next, at 12 o'clock noon, within the Lemon Tree Tavern of Aberdeen, there will be exposed for sale, by public roup,

THESE THREE DWELLING-HOUSES and piece of GARDEN GROUND, upon the east side of the Spittal road, possessed by John Gavin and others.  The ground adjoins to Mr Walker's garden, and commands a view of the Bay and Town of Aberdeen.

Also the LEASE of THREE PARKS on Cookston, in the parish of Nether Banchory, possessed by James Keith, Robert Spark, and others, of which there are 6 years to run, from Martinmas last.  The purchaser will get immediate access to the Park lately possessed by Robert Williamson, containing about 12 acres; and he will have a right to the rents payable by the sub-tenants, and to the meliorations allowed at the end of the lease for houses and dikes.
