Roup of property at Stewartfield

There will be sold by public roup, at Stewartfield, on Tuesday the 5th of October next, at 2 o'clock afternoon (if not previously disposed of by private bargain),

THAT FRONT HOUSE in the Village of Stewartfield, at present occupied by Wm. Thomson, measuring 45 feet in length, and containing two large rooms, two bed rooms, a kitchen, and garret; also a small House adjoining, consisting of one room, closet, and garret; with a Stable, Byre, Barn, Kiln, and a Garden stocked with fruit trees.  The purchaser will be entitled to a lease of six acres of ground, in good condition, attached to the property, at a moderate rent.

The house is substantially built, and such a desirable property is seldom to be met with.  Further particulars will be learned by applying to the proprietor, William Thomson, Stewartfield, or James Matthews, shoemaker, Aberdeen.
