Bankruptcy of Robert Farres

MEETING OF CREDITORS

ROBERT FARRES, merchant in Strachan, having granted a disposition of his effects to JOHN SYMON, merchant in Aberdeen, and WILLIAM DUGUID, Cotton Manufacturer there, as Trustees for behoof of his Creditors, it is requested that all those Indebted to him, will pay immediately to those Trustees; and those having claims on him, may lodge the same, and Affidavits thereon, with the Trustees against the 20th December next.  And it is hereby intimated that those who neglect to lodge their claims, will receive no share of the Trust Funds.

A Meeting of the Creditors is requested to be held in the Writing-Room of ADAM COUTTS, Advocate, Wallace-nook, Aberdeen, on Tuesday next, the 28th inst., at 10 o'clock forenoon, to give instructions to the Trustees as to the management.

A roup is to be held at Kirktown of Strachan, on Monday next, the 27th inst., at 10 o'clock forenoon, of the Bankrupt's whole effects; consisting of CORN, CATTLE, FARMING UTENSILS, HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, POTATOES, TURNIPS, &c.
