Mains of Orton

FARM IN THE COUNTY OF MORAY

To let from Whitsunday 1814, on a lease of 19 or 21 years,

THE MAINS of ORTON, as presently possessed by Mr Geddes, containing about 180 acres arable, and above 130 pasture, great part of which is improveable.

This farm is in a high state of cultivation, having been all thoroughly limed, and under a regular rotation of cropping.  There is a Dwelling House and Offices at present on the farm; but as an incoming tenant might incline other accommodation, a suitable allowance will be given.  A Meal Mill and Threshing Mill driven by weater, are immediately adjoining the above.  Every accommodation at entry will be given; and for farther particulars, application may be made to the Proprietor, at Orton House, by Fochabers; or to Mr Geddes, with either of whom offers may be lodged.

John Hosack, Mr Geddes's miller, will shew the lands, and point out the boundaries.
