Farm of Auchinbadie, Alvah

FARM TO LET.

THE Farm of AUCHINBADIE, in the parish of Alvah and county of Banff, as lately possessed by the deceased Thomas Cave, is to be let and entered to at Whitsunday first.  It consists of about 100 acres of fertile early soil, pleasantly situated on the banks of the Dovern, within four miles of Banff and Macduff, and there is upon the Farm, a good slated Dwelling House of two stories, with suitable Offices.  Also the MILL and MILL CROFT of AUCHINBADIE, as possessed by Alexander Finlater.

Application may be made for further particulars, and offers given in to Mr Reid, Town Clerk, Banff, or Mr Hay of Monkshill, Fyvie; and the farm will be shewn by the Grieve at Montblairy.
