HOUSES FOR SALE.

In St. Andrew's Street, in One or more Lots.

There will be exposed to sale by public roup, within the Lemon Tree Inn, Aberdeen, on Friday the 18th of December, at three o'clock afternoon,

THOSE THREE HOUSES which belonged to GEO. OGG, Mason, and are now conveyed to Trustees for behoof of his Creditors.

Two of the Houses front St. Andrew's Street, in one of which there is a neat Shop, and have each Three Flats, besides Garrets and Cellars.  The third House fronts the Street at the back of Gordon's Hospital, and is used for Weavers Shops.

The Houses are new and substantially built; the Upset Prices will be moderate.

* Part of the price to remain in the Purchaser's hands for some time.
