NOTICE TO CREDITORS
ALL those that are indebted to the late CHARLES PERRIE, Merchant in Dudwick, are requested to pay what they owe to the Rev. Mr. James Ronaldson, Auchmacoy, or James Wilson in Tarty, his Trustees, upon Monday the 19th October 1812, at the house of Mr Thomas Milne, vintner in Ellon; and those failing to comply with this intimation, will be prosecuted as the law directs.
