NOTICE.

GEORGE SIM, SADDLER in Aberdeen, having executed a trust deed in favour of Messrs. Alexander Glenny and Andrew Ramage, Merchants in Aberdeen, for behoof of his creditors; it is requested that those having claims on him, will lodge the same, with Alexander Webster, Advocate in Aberdeen, Agent for the Trustees, as soon as possible; and that such as are anywise indebted to Mr Sim, will order payment of the amount to the said Alexander Webster, without delay.

The whole STOCK of SADDLERY and other Goods, which belonged to G. SIM, will be disposed of in One Lot; and the purchaser will get immediate access to the Shop in Lodge-walk, lately occupied by him, which has been long well frequented in the same line.

An Inventory of the Goods and Stock in Trade; will be seen in the hands of the said Alexander Webster, to whom application may be made for further details.
