NOTICE TO CREDITORS

THE Property and Effects belonging to ROBERT SPALDING, Gardener at Loanhead, have been recovered by the trustees for his creditors; and, as the matters are now to be wound up, it is requested that those who have not yet complied with the former intimations, to give in their accounts, properly vouched, will do so without delay.  Immediately after the 15th of next month, the funds are to be distributed; and it is hereby notified that any outstanding Creditor, who, before that time, does not lodge his claim, with Mr Yeats, Advocate, Aberdeen, or John Duguid Milne, Writer, Marischal-street, will be deprived of a Dividend from the subjects.
