NOTICE
IS hereby given to all those who have Claims or Accounts against the deceased ROBERT FRASER, Fish-merchant, Port Gordon, to lodge the same, with affidavit, in the hand of William Murdoch, Port Gordon, Clerk to the Trustees, on or before the 9th of June 1812, or they will have no part of the composition. Likewise, a Meeting of his whole Creditors are requested to attend at the house of Alexander Thomson, vintner, Port Gordon, on Tuesday, 16th June next, at the hour of 12 o'clock noon, to receive their dividends.
