Broadford lands for feuing

GROUNDS in the VICINITY of ABERDEEN for FEUING

THE remaining part of the Lands of BROADFORD, consisting of about Eight Acres, belonging to Mr ALEXANDER HUTCHEON, at Barrowley, will be feued out in such Lots or Parcels as may be agreed on.

There is a considerable extent of the ground fronts Hutcheon-street and George-street, and the Mill Burn runs through the property, besides other stances.  The whole premises are situated within a few minutes walk of the centre of the town, to which there is access by turnpike roads, having foot paths, and lighted by lamps in winter.
