To be let at KNOCK, upon Monday, 11th of May 1812, NEWTON OF AUCHINGOUL, as lately possessed by JOHN COWIE, deceased.  Entry Whitsunday first.  The lease fourteen years: - this may be considered short, but the farm has been under good management, and the tenant will get ground, and all the dung for turnips, at a fair value, and the sown grass, if he inclines.  The houses are almost new.
