NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Banff, 4th March 1812

It is requested that the CREDITORS of WILLIAM SIMPSON, late merchant in Banff, who have not yet lodged their Claims, with an oath of veracity, in the hands of Mr George Alexander, merchant in Banff, will do so on or before the 24th curt. as a Division of Mr Simpson's funds will take place immediately after that date.

The Creditors of the late Mrs BROWN, in Banff, are requested to lodge their Claims in the hands of Mr Geo. Alexander, merchant in Banff, on or before the 20th April, 1812.
