Mill of Catterline

SALE OF CORN AND FODDER, and a THRASHING MILL, AT CATTERLINE, and of a HOUSE AND GARDEN in BERVIE, AND MEETING OF CREDITORS

There will be sold by public roup on Saturday the 15th day of February, at Mill of Catterline,

THE WHOLE CROP of the Farms of MILL and BRIDGE-END of CATTERLINE, lately possessed by Joseph Stewart; consisting of several hundred bolls of Oats, Bear, and Wheat, with the Fodder.  There will also be sold a Threshing Mill.

At sametime, there will be exposed to sale, as formerly advertised, that commodious HOUSE and GARDEN in BERVIE, formerly belonging to the said Joseph Stewart, and now to the trustees for his creditors.  The House contains a Kitchen, two Parlours, and three Bed Apartments, besides a low Room in front, which has been occupied as a Shop and which is well calculated for that purpose.  There is also an outer Cellar and Pump-well, and the whole premises have been lately put in good repair.

Mr Brodie, the present tenant, will show the property; and the titles may be seen, and information given as to the terms of the sale, by applying to Mr Christian, Stonehaven.

The sale will begin at 11 o'clock, an credit will be given.

A MEETING of the said JOSEPH STEWART'S Creditors will be held at Mill of Catterline on the said day.
