Alexander Moir, Forres merchant

TO THE CREDITORS OF ALEXANDER MOIR, LATE MERCHANT IN FORRES.

SOME of ALEXANDER MOIR's Creditors having executed a poinding of his whole effects, an action of repetition was brought into the Sheriff Court of Elgin, in which the Sheriff Substitute, on the 7th February, 1812, pronounced an interlocutor appointing all the creditors of the said Alexander Moir, to produce their grounds of debt in that action, within a month, certifying to those who fail to do so, that a scheme of division will be prepared, and the funds divided among those who shall have produced interests.
