James Ewen, weaver in Peterhead

NOTICE TO THE CREDITORS OF
JAMES EWEN, WEAVER IN PETERHEAD

SUCH persons as had legal claims against the said JAMES EWEN, at the time of his granting a disposition omnium bonorum, (30th July, 1810), in favour of Alexander Gordon, late merchant in Peterhead, now at Inverugie, as trustee for himself and the said James Ewen's other Creditors, are requested to lodge the same with oaths of verity thereon, with Roderick Gray, writer in Peterhead, within one month from this date.  Certifying those who fail to comply with this notice that they will not be entitled to any share of the proceeds of the bankrupt's subjects.

Peterhead, 1st June, 1811.
