NOTICE TO CREDITORS
If there are any Creditors of the deceased WILLIAM LEMMON, late Merchant in PORTSOY, who have not yet given in their Claims, they are required to lodge the same, with oaths of verity thereon, with James Taylor, or John Smith, writers in Banff, on or before the 19th day of April ensuing, otherwise they will not be ranked on the deceased's estate.
