MIDPLOUGH of AVOCHIE

FARM ON DOVERAN-SIDE TO LET.
ENTRY AT WHITSUNDAY NEXT.

THE FARM OF MIDPLOUGH of AVOCHIE, presently possessed by James Gray, consisting of about 36 arable acres, 23 of which superior old infield loam, most of it from 4 to 5 feet deep.  The whole dry, early, fertile land, well calculated for grass and turnips, and the production of heavy wheat, and all other grain crops of the first quality.  The Farm lies upon a sloping bank, within a quarter of a mile of the turnpike road from Portsoy to Huntly, a few miles of the Ardonald and Strathisla lime works, and about 12 miles from the port of Portsoy.  A considerable quantity of improveable moor will be added, if required.

The present tenant will shew the Farm, and for further particulars inquire at the Proprietor, at Avochie, betwixt and 12th May.
