To be let and entered to at Martinmas next,
THE large GARDEN of TANFIELD measuring two acres, with the HOUSES posest by Thos. Allan, and Has. Philp. The Garden is well stocked with Fruit Trees and Berry Bushes, and the present tenant is bound to leave the whole in good order. A smaller Garden adjoining will also be let along with the other, if wished for.
To be also let and entered to immediately, the Two UPPER FLOORS of the HOUSE of TANFIELD, with or without the small Garden adjoining to the house.
