CLERKHILL CROFT

LEASE, AND SURPLUS RENT FOR SALE

To be sold by public roup, within the New Inn of Peterhead upon Monday the 29th day of April curt. at 6 o'clock in the evening,

THE LEASE of that CROFT on the Lands of CLERKHILL, during the lifetime of James Ewen, Weaver in Peterhead; burdened with sub-lease thereon, of the principal of which there are about nine years to run, and which yield a surplus rent of upwards of £10 sterling, per annum.

Also, a SURPLUS RENT of £2 2s sterling, payable for a Park of Land in Glebe Lands of Peterhead, sub-let to William Petrie, during the period of the present Minister's incumbency at the Manse.
