NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF JAMES MELVILE, ECHT

SALE of CROP, with the FODDER; and
NOTICE to CREDITORS.

Upon Wednesday the 30th day of January current, at 12 o'clock noon, there will be exposed to sale by public roup, at WESTER ECHT, in the parish of Echt,

SEVERAL STACKS of CORN and BEAR, with the Fodder; and a Field of TURNIPS.  The crop was all got in in a safe and wholesome condition; and the Turnips are of good quality.  The whole may either be consumed on the farm, or removed therefrom, at the pleasure of the purchasers. - Credit will be given on security till Lammas next.

Those having claims on JAMES MELVILE, Farmer at Wester Echt, are desired to lodge the same with Alexander Webster, advocate in Aberdeen, against the 1st of March next; otherwise they will not be entitled to any dividend from the produce of the subjects.
