LEASE FOR SALE
To be sold by private bargain,
A Lease for 57 years and Crops, after the term of Martinmas, 1798, of those parts of the LANDS of INVEREY, near the BRIDGE of FEUGH, in the parish of Banchory Ternan, and shire of Kincardine, as set in tack by FRAS. RUSSEL, Esq. of Blackhall, to JAMES MIDDLETON, manufacturer in Aberdeen; with the whole houses, buildings, and machinery thereon, as presently occupied by JAMES COOK, who has a sub-tack of the premises, for 12 years after Martinmas, 1806, and pays a surplus rent of about L.30 yearly, to which the purchaser will have right.
