THAT HOUSE on the East Side of the Broadgate, in the Close, or Passage, that leads to Shoe-Lane, belonging to, and possessed by Peter Brown, merchant, will be let for one or more years, as may be agreed upon, and entry at Whitsunday next. - The house consists of Three Floors, besides Cellars and Garrets, and would accommodate a large family. It has ben successfully employed as a Boarding and Lodging House by the proprietor; and it would be an excellent opening to any one inclined to prosecute the same line.
Farther particulars may be learned, by enquiry at the house.
