Belonging to the Sequestrated Estate of ALEXANDER COWIE, late Brewer and Vintner in BANFF.
There is to be exposed to public roup and sale, within the Ordinary Sheriff Court-room in Banff, on Friday the 16th day of November next, at 12 o'clock noon,
ALL and Haill that TENEMENT of HOUSES and Burrow-bigged Land, with the Back Ground adjoining thereto, situated at the entry to the town of Banff by the turnpike road from the West, as lately occupied by the said Alexander Cowie, and his tenants, consisting of Two Dwelling Houses, a Malt Barn, and Kiln, Brew House, Cellars, Stables, Hay Lofts, Byres and Shades, with a Water Pump, and other conveniences, which render the premises well adapted in every respect for a Brewer or Inn-keeper, of enterprise and capital.
The title deeds of the said subjects, with the articles of roup, are in the hands of Peter Cameron, writer in Banff, who, or George Alexander, merchant there, will give any other information that may be required.
