William Calder, Methlick

NOTICE TO CREDITORS.

THE Creditors of WILLIAM CALDER, in New Seat of Methlick, who have not already done so, are requested to lodge their CLAIMS, properly vouched, with George Yeats, advocate in Aberdeen, within three weeks from this date, when a Division of the funds will take place; certifying all those who do not comply with this intimation, that they will be entitled to no share of the trust funds.

Gordon Marr, Newseat of Ardo

NOTICE.

ALL those indebted to the late GORDON MARR, Merchant in Newseat of Mill of Ardo, will pay what they owe to George Sim, in Newton, his acting executor, betwixt and the 1st May next; and all those having claims on the said Gordon Marr, will lodge a note of the amount with his executor, within Two Months from this date.
