Pitblea Farms

FARMS TO LET.

THOSE two FARMS on PITBLEA, near Fraserburgh, lately possessed by James Jaffray and Alexander Still, containing each about A. 35, will be let as one Farm, or separately, as offerers may incline.  There is a Steading on each.

For particulars, application may be made to Lewis Chalmers, Writer in Fraserburgh, Lord Saltoun's Factor.

Middleburgh & Cairn Farms to let, Fraserburgh

COAST SIDE FARMS TO LET,
COUNTY OF ABERDEEN

The two following small FARMS, belonging to the Right Honourable ALEXANDER GEORGE LORD SALTOUN, will be let for such a period as can be agreed upon, not exceeding 19 years:

1st.  The farm of MIDDLEBURGH, lately possessed by William Dunbar, containing about 17 acres 1 rood 23 falls of good infield.

2d.  Part of the farm of CAIRN, presently possessed by John Anderson, containing about twelve acres of good infield.

These farms are inclosed, and delightfully situated - the 1st about 3/4ths of a mile and the 2d about 1 1/4th miles from the town of Fraserburgh; from the shores of which, an ample supply of Sea-ware for manure can be readily had.

Particulars may be known by applying to Mr Lewis Chalmers, factor on the estate, with whom offers in writing may be lodged before the first day of October next.

George Craighead, the ground-officer, will shew the farms.
